COLONIAL FOREST CONDOMINIUM OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

Colonial Forest is an owner-occupied, gated condominium complex with a park-like atmosphere, located just two miles west of downtown Federal Way at the intersection of 1st Ave and 325th Pl.  The campus is very close to a hospital and fire department.  Our main gate is within short walking distance to local restaurants, a convenience store, bus stop, and extensive trail system.  Also close by are two libraries, the Federal Way Community Center, Celebration Park, French Lake Dog Park, and the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center.
