Garage Door Replacements
Garage doors must be 16-panel style with four small windows at the top. Each window must have the cathedral arch trim as shown above. The trim may need to be ordered, so check with your vendor regarding availability. A resident recently ordered a replacement door with cathedral windows from distribudoors.com. The original Colonial Forest garage doors have amber glass, which is no longer available. Clear glass or clear privacy glass are approved for replacement garage doors. Any style deviation must be Board approved prior to installation.
