Fencing and Gardening Maintenance
For buildings with detached garages (Bldgs 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 17 & 20), a vinyl fence (with or without a gate) as shown is permitted. Materials can be purchased at Home Depot and must match existing fences and gates as closely as possible.
If you want to maintain the limited common area around your unit, you may do so. It becomes a Resident Garden, and signs like the one pictured are available from the maintenance staff. Resident Gardens must be neatly kept and free of weeds.
